Nice facility and great cafe. Despite a wedding party and Corona regulations, a table for 5 people was provided for us at short notice. Attentive staff and quick service. The cream puffs were delicious, as was the cake.

Top address for coffee and cake 🍰. I recommend a cream puff: freshly prepared and crunchy 👍. The coffee is excellent and the Prinzess Ilse cake is a real culinary delight🤗🤗

Even if you are not a cake lover, you will find the cakes out of this world. Coffee tasted amazing too. We had the Flammkuchen, Strawberry cake and Mohntorte -Poppy seed cake. The cream were extra fresh, cake were not too sweet - the combination between the fresh cream and marmalade made them perfect. It's definitely worth the trip for this one.

Even if you are not a cake lover, you will find the cakes out of this world. Coffee tasted amazing too. We had the Flammkuchen, Strawberry cake and Mohntorte -Poppy seed cake. A very idyllic place in the inner courtyard of the Ilsenburg Castle / Monastery, the coffee is actually extraordinarily delicious. The staff are extremely friendly.

Nice cafe. Coffee and ice cream were great. The cream puff showed weaknesses. Ready-made cream puffs with spray cream are not possible with a specialty.

Wowhhhh ... what a great atmosphere !!! The cake and the sundae, just like the FlammKuchen just DREAM! Then digest it in the castle park and rub it on one of the angel's benches s'Bäuchle ... if, as with me, that is not enough, then go to the café and a Schierker Feuerstein päbre .... that will take care of it! ! Come back absolutely and super anytime ... Thanks to the great team !!

A great cafe, very nice atmosphere and very nice service. However, the highlight here is the cake - we have not eaten such delicious cakes for a long time. A clear recommendation to stop here!

A wonderful place to pause after a hike. In summer, the beautiful courtyard invites, but also the cafe in the castle is really nicely decorated. There are delicious homemade cakes / pies and the owners are very friendly. Even the dog immediately got a bowl of water, very attentive. Here I will definitely come again :-)

We were allowed to be guests in the castle café yesterday. It was a great experience again. Owner full of dedication to the cafe, which can be found in the friendly service and the excellent taste of the cakes. An absolute highlight in Ilsenburg. We will be back!

Our excursion was completed perfectly in this beautiful little castle, with a very good cake and coffee, as well as very good wine. We were warmly welcomed. The staff even offered to let the evening - beyond the opening hours - still subside. The friendliness of the lady was really honest. So many thanks for the nice day!
